need to make a wise decision before I proceed in placing my first
order with this company? Some websites may not give you all of the
information on their home page or in some cases from there F.A.Q.s
page, (2) Once calling the (800) number, will I be put on hold for 15
or 20 minutes before I can be serviced or will I get stranded in voice
prompts?


Sometimes the receptionist may tell you that the person that you
need to speak with is not in or may have stepped away from their desk.
They may ask you "can I send you to voice mail"? All of this is okay,
because you have to remember that employees that work for
screen-printing companies are human just like you. They have lunch
breaks, are working on other projects, have deadlines, etc. When
listening to their voice mail, check if they give you a cell phone
number so that you can reach them directly. This is good customer
service because sometimes people forget to ask all of the questions
that they wanted to ask and would like to call the person back that
they have just spoken with, without having go to back to the
receptionist or back to the company’s voice prompts.


The next word to that you should bring to mind when looking at these
companies online is the word QUALITY. Is the quality level of the
shirts that you are about to purchase high or low? Some of the higher
